Catherine B. Howell, Ph.D. Dr. Howell is the owner and director of Associates In Wellness. She has been providing mental health services since 1979. She received her Master's degree from the University of Arizona and her Doctorate from Florida State University. Her specialization is Behavioral Medicine and she utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and EEG Neurofeedback Therapy to assist her patients in resolving depression, anxiety, pain, ADHD, and a variety of other stress-related problems. In addition, she works with children, adolescents, adults, and families with adjustment issues. She is a Licensed Psychologist in Georgia (#1947), Florida (#5307), and California (#16249). She is a Senior Fellow with the Association of Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback and is an Affiliate of EEG Spectrum International. She is also listed in the National Register of health Service Providers. Daniel and Ellie Daniel is the Golden Retriever in the back and his niece, Ellie, is enjoying herself with him on their comfy nesting bed.  They assist our patients in feeling welcome in the practice as well as visiting them while they are in the hospital. Their presence often helps adults and children alike to feel more comfortable talking about their problems. Daniel was born in Nebraska in 2004 and Ellie was born in Colorado in 2007.  They are both aspiring to become certified Pet Therapy Partners with the Delta Society.  If anyone is uncomfortable with the presence of dogs, they are contained in an area away from the therapy offices.
